Anti-harassment policy

The University is commited to tackling sexual harassment and harassment in general. The Code of practice for preventing and combating bulling, sexual harassment and harassment aims to prevent and combat harassment and sexual harassment and in particular to:

  1. Promote employee education on:
    • Equal treatment between men and women.
    • Prohibition of gender or sexual orientation discrimination.
    • Prevention and handling of harassment and sexual harassment.
  2. Encourage employees to actively prevent and combat harassment, fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace for all, regardless of gender or sexual orientation.
  3. Encourage relevant authorities to adopt workplace harassment prevention policies and establish mechanisms to evaluate and improve their effectiveness.
  4. Promote cooperation among authorities and employees to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive work environment rooted in mutual respect, courtesy, and understanding.
  5. Provide immediate protection for employees facing harassment, including safeguards against retaliation for resisting harassment or filing complaints.
