CUT provides training based on its values at all levels of the organisation. This commitment is reflected in the University’s Education and Development Policy, which states that all training and development activities are aligned with the strategic goals of the institution and are guided by its core values- responsibility, consistency, transparency, passion/enthusiasm, meritocracy, and ethics.
Training is delivered through a variety of channels, including structured induction programs for new staff, internal and external seminars, and job rotation. These initiatives are designed not only to meet individual and institutional development needs, but also to reinforce CUT’s ethical values in day to-day professional conduct. Through these efforts, the University actively promotes a culture of continuous learning and ethical responsibility throughout its community.
