Anti-bribery and corruption policy

CUT has established an Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy, which forms an integral part of the University’s framework for good governance, integrity, and ethical conduct.

The Policy sets out clear principles and procedures to prevent, detect, and address bribery and corruption, and applies to all members of the University community, including academic and administrative staff, as well as external collaborators and partners. It defines prohibited practices, outlines responsibilities, and promotes a culture of transparency, accountability, and zero tolerance towards corruption.

CUT provides mechanisms for reporting suspected misconduct, ensuring that concerns can be raised in a confidential and secure manner. The Policy is aligned with national legislation and relevant European regulatory frameworks, supporting compliance and institutional accountability.

In addition, the University promotes awareness and understanding of ethical standards through guidelines, communication, and internal procedures, reinforcing responsible conduct across all institutional activities, and supporting a strong ethical organisational culture across the University.
