Publication of governing bodies’ meeting minutes

CUT ensures transparency and accountability in its governance by publicly sharing the decisions taken by its main governing bodies, namely the University Senate and the University Council.

Although CUT does not operate through a single annual general meeting structure, its governance is based on regular (typically monthly) meetings of these bodies, where strategic, academic, and administrative decisions are taken.

Following each meeting, summaries of discussions and key decisions are communicated to the university community and subsequently published on the University’s official website, ensuring public access to institutional decision-making processes. These decisions are published on a regular basis and remain publicly accessible to both the university community and external stakeholders, supporting continuous transparency and stakeholder engagement.

Through this practice, CUT promotes open governance, stakeholder awareness, and institutional transparency, aligning with principles of good governance and accountability.
