CUT supports student engagement in sustainability through the Students’ Environmental Club, a student-led and student-managed organisation dedicated to promoting environmental awareness and sustainable practices within the university community.
The Club actively organises and participates in sustainability-related initiatives, including environmental awareness activities, clean-up actions, and nature-based excursions, often in collaboration with University units such as the Student Life Office and the Sports Office, further strengthening student participation in sustainability. The Club contributes to environmental awareness, behavioural change, and student-led sustainability initiatives on campus.
